Acceptance Of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Aster Vale, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Agreement Parties

This agreement is between you and Aster Vale, not Apple, Google, or any app store operator. Aster Vale is solely responsible for the app and its content, except for third-party services described in these terms and the Privacy Policy.

License

Aster Vale grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, and as permitted by the applicable app store usage rules. For apps downloaded from the Apple App Store, this license includes use on Apple-branded products you own or control and by other accounts associated with you through Family Sharing or volume purchasing where permitted by Apple's usage rules.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to derive source code from, or create derivative works from the app except where applicable law gives you a right that cannot be waived.

About Aster Vale

Aster Vale provides saved astrology profiles, generated readings, year-ahead outlooks, and daily horoscopes based on birth details and related information entered by users.

Aster Vale content is provided for entertainment, reflection, and general lifestyle purposes only. It is not medical, legal, financial, mental health, relationship, career, or other professional advice. Do not rely on Aster Vale as a substitute for qualified professional guidance.

User Responsibilities

  • Provide information that you have the right to use.
  • Do not use the app for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
  • Do not attempt to interfere with the app, backend, ads, or security systems.
  • Do not use automated scraping, abuse, fraudulent ad interactions, or attempts to manipulate subscriptions, entitlements, or platform billing systems.
  • Use your own judgment before acting on any generated content.
  • Comply with applicable third-party terms when using the app, including wireless data service terms, app store terms, payment terms, and advertising or platform policies that apply to you.

Generated Content

Readings and horoscopes may be generated using automated systems. Generated content can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific situation. You are responsible for how you interpret and use the content.

Subscriptions And Purchases

Aster Vale may offer subscriptions or other in-app purchases for premium features. Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, trials, taxes, cancellation controls, and refund eligibility are shown by the Apple App Store or Google Play at purchase time and are governed by the applicable store's payment terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the relevant store before renewal. Deleting the app or deleting app data does not automatically cancel a subscription. Refund requests must be made through the store where the purchase was made unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Advertising

Aster Vale may display bottom banner ads, native ad cards, and limited interstitial ads after useful app content is available. Ads may be provided by third-party advertising partners such as Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network mediation. We are not responsible for third-party ad content, landing pages, products, or services.

Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Maintenance And Support

Aster Vale is responsible for app maintenance and support as described in these terms or as required by applicable law. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Aster Vale.

Warranty Disclaimer

Aster Vale is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app, generated content, ads, subscriptions, or third-party services will be accurate, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

For apps downloaded from the Apple App Store, if the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price for the app, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to a warranty failure are Aster Vale's responsibility.

Product Claims

Aster Vale, not Apple or Google, is responsible for addressing claims from you or third parties relating to the app or your possession and use of the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and claims under consumer protection, privacy, or similar laws.

Intellectual Property

The app, design, branding, and original content are owned by Aster Vale or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app except as allowed by law.

If a third party claims that the app or your possession and use of the app infringes that party's intellectual property rights, Aster Vale, not Apple or Google, is responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aster Vale and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for decisions made based on app content.

Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country or region subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated by the U.S. government as a terrorism-supporting country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these terms, create risk for the app or other users, or if we discontinue the app. Upon termination, your license to use the app ends, but sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

Third-Party Beneficiaries

For apps downloaded from the Apple App Store, Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms. Once you accept these terms, Apple has the right to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Privacy

Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes To Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
